ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSETo undertake planned maintenance across the London Underground network working within a team of 15 engineers and reporting our reactive team as and when necessary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESComplete planned maintenance of all water assets within the networkComply with all relevant ABM UK Ltd company policies and proceduresEnsure the highest engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the site plant and its associated systemsUndertake planned maintenance activities and asset servicing to SFG20 standards ensuring all checks and tasks are completed satisfactorilyTo carry out planned and reactive maintenance task to the highest standards as instructed by the Technical SupervisorMaintain accurate electronic site records / documentation in association with all site worksTo carry out tasks that may require working at heightKeep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable mannerTo proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approachEnsure plantroom areas are kept secure, safe, and free from debrisThe incumbent may from time to time be requested to support the operation during periods such as extreme weather conditions and any other unplanned events that are likely to disrupt the businessREQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEPlumbing experience minimum of 5 yearsWater RegsPart G3 Building RegulationsCompetent in the use of digital systems and equipment, such as mobile apps which we receive job/ppm requests from and use to update etcSound level of organisational skillsPrevious experience of working within a maintenance teamDemonstrate a sound knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplacePrevious experience in the use of safe system of work permitsDesirable· London underground / rail experience· Recognised Health and Safety qualification or certificate of competence· Recognised COSHH qualification or certificate of competence· Recognised Potable Water qualification or certificate of competence· IPAF and PASMA ..... full job details .....
