Perform minor repairs, touch-ups, and painting to maintain a safe and presentable environment. Identify and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner. Experience required Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role (electrical, plumbing, painting). Basic qualifications or certification in one or more trades (advantageous). Sound knowledge of health and safety procedures and legislation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
