The Role An excellent opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join an established housing provider, overseeing reactive repairs and maintenance services across North East London and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will lead a team of Supervisors, directly employed operatives and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality repairs, operational efficiency and resident satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance Services, the role involves managing a Direct Labour Organisation (DLO), overseeing budgets, driving productivity and achieving service KPIs. The position covers Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering, Essex and Cambridgeshire, with hybrid working and a reporting office in Stratford.
