Electrical Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing) 50,000 - 55,000 (60k OTE) + Days Based + Progress to Senior Engineer + Generous Overtime + Flexible Working Hours + Bonuses + Training Birmingham, West MidlandsAre you a Maintenance Manager or similar from an electrical background looking for a role with a leading manufacturer and looking to take over the planning of on-site maintenance?Do you want to step up into a senior hands-on role where you will be overseeing a small team, ensuring the smooth-running of the site and assist with the inspection and testing on manufacturing equipment?In this role you will be in responsible for coordinating a team of 4, managing their workload and overseeing the maintenance of machinery and facilities. You will be producing risk assessments and budgets, overseeing contractors, and managing the health and safety of the site.This company are a UK-wide organisation and are at the forefront of their industry.
