They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead their Property Maintenance Team, ensuring high-quality maintenance and improvements to their properties.Day-to-Day of the Role:Oversee the operational delivery of property services focusing on Responsive Repairs and on occasion planned works when needed.Lead a team of approximately 12- 15 in-house trades and external contractors, ensuring customer-centric, high-quality, and value-for-money services.Maintain high standards of safety and compliance with Health and Safety legislation and CDM regulations.Manage data within property systems accurately and efficiently.Engage with residents and groups to develop co-created services, enhancing customer satisfaction and community involvement.Plan, track, and forecast income and expenditure against budgets, taking actions to mitigate risks and ensure value for money.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience managing a direct labour workforce and delivering maintenance services.Strong knowledge of planning and delivering workstreams in a customer-focused environment.Commercial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental ..... full job details .....
