Property Maintenance Manager

A larger Property Landlord who owns in excess of 80,000 homes is looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Manager to manager a Team of trades working within the Property Services teamDelivering the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely wayResponsible for a budget or Circa 1million PAManaging a team of Trades, Plumbers, Carpenters, General Builders, Plasterers etcMaintaining high quality data within the property systemsSetting and maintaining high levels of safe working practices in line with Health and Safety legislation and CDMEnsuring a detailed local knowledge of customer, asset and investment needs across your localityEngaging and working with residents and groups to develop co-created servicesExperience of managing customer focused teams for the delivery of maintenance servicesDemonstratable knowledge of planning the delivery of workstreams in a customer focused environmentAbility to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets, to deliver a value for money service whilst taking actions to mitigate any risksAbility to operate with commercial acumenKnowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental legislation with focus on compliance within all activities undertaken by the teamsProficient use of Microsoft office suite with Intermediate or advanced Excel skillsThere will be some travel involved with this role so you should be happy to travel, have access to a car and a full UK driving licence.Benefits25 Days Holiday + Bank ..... full job details .....
