Maintenance Manager

We''re looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join a leading manufacturing company based in Grays. This role offers a salary of 75,000- 85,000 per annum, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. As well as a competitive salary, you''ll receive 25 days annual leave plus public bank holidays.As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the site maintenance function, driving improvements across planning, reliability, PPM compliance and backlog management. You will work closely with Operations and other site functions to improve plant reliability, performance and overall site standards.Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager: -Lead the mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and planning teams, ensuring safe and effective deliveryDevelop personnel through training, cross-training, performance management and effective job allocationImprove planning, scheduling, PPM compliance and backlog performanceDevelop site spares management and Stores processesOversee the planning and scheduling of site TurnaroundsEnsure effective use of the CMMS for planning, issuing and reporting workEnsure technicians are trained and competent in RAMS and safe systems of workManage third-party contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to required standardsMonitor performance through KPIs and drive continuous improvementWork with Operations and the Site Leadership Team to improve reliability, efficiency and site standardsThe ideal candidate will have:An ..... full job details .....
