You will oversee Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), manage contractors, ensure statutory compliance and support ongoing refurbishment projects across the estate.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership experience and a proactive approach to facilities management.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance and Facilities ManagementLead and manage a team of two Maintenance Engineers.Develop, implement and monitor Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.Respond to and prioritise reactive maintenance requests through the facilities management system.Plan and coordinate ongoing maintenance programmes, repairs and refurbishment ..... full job details .....
