Commercial Maintenance Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Reactive and Planned Maintenance Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.Duties:Manage reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor budgets, schedules and service delivery.Resolve urgent maintenance issues.Ensure Health and Safety and statutory compliance.Produce operational and financial reports.Build and maintain strong client relationships.You''ll have:Experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance.Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and budgets.Good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.Strong organisational and communication skills.Full UK Driving Licence.IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or a relevant trade background would be advantageous. ..... full job details .....
