The Company:

My Client have had a significant investment with around seven-million pounds to this site alone, including a 3,000m2 expansion and a £100,00 million across the Company. They manufacturer high precision components for sectors such as aerospace, industrial gas turbine, specialist automotive and petrochemical markets. The role as a maintenance supervisor role will be a mix of hands on and hands off looking after a team of 3. 

 

Experience required for the Maintenance Supervisor:

 

  • Qualified to level 3 (NVQ/C&G) or equivalent in engineering discipline
  • At least 5 years experience maintaining/repairing special purpose machinery as a maintenance engineer
  • Physically fit and happy to work in a “heavy industry” environment
  • experience working as a maintenance supervisor 
  • Any heavy machinery environment exp, preferably within a vacuum casting, foundry operation with multi-axis machines and furnaces is advantageous
  • Any maintenance supervisor from manufacturing or ex-forces welcome to apply – FMCG, Food, plastic, packaging, Pharmaceutical, foundry, brick, distribution, automotive, metals, etc.
