Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) £53,000 - £55,000, Bolton, Panama shifts Days and NIGHTS (06 00, 18 00) 42 average hours a week.Overtime available at X1.5, holiday equivalent to 23 shifts off, 4% matched pension.The OpportunityWe are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join one of the leading FMCG manufacturers in the UK. That supply to all the major retailers across the country. You ll be implemented into a team of 30 Engineers, conducting PPMs and reactive maintenance across all machinery. There could be some potential project work, as the site is growing. With the addition of more modern automated machinery in place. The site is very fast paced, depending on demand, 50,000 to 150,000 units are produced a week.The RoleAs a maintenance engineer, you ll work with a range of machinery including: Large mixers, ovens and chillersDepositors, packaging machines and printers Your focus will be 70% reactive and 30% PPM, using a tablet system for job tracking. This role places a strong emphasis on electrical maintenance and repair. However, you will need to be competent mechanically.
