Due to continued investment, they are looking to strengthen their Estates team with a skilled Maintenance Electrician to help ensure the campus remains safe, compliant and fully operational.

In this role, you''ll carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the campus, working alongside a close-knit team of experienced professionals. This is a Monday to Friday position with no regular overtime, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. There is an on-call rota approximately once every six weeks, although call-outs are minimal and paid at time and a half.

The ideal candidate will be a Level 3 qualified Electrician with experience in facilities, commercial or building maintenance. You''ll also hold the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

The Role:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with an early finish on Fridays
• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern campus

The Person:

• Level 3 qualified Electrician
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Experience carrying out electrical maintenance
• Background in facilities, commercial or building maintenance desirable
