Our client is looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join their team on a prestigious commercial site in Birmingham This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established building services provider with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality maintenance solutions across London''s commercial sector.Maintenance Electrician Duties:Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenanceMaintenance of single and three-phase power systemsMotors, pumps, emergency lighting and fire alarm testingBasic BMS operation and monitoringSafe isolation of plant and equipmentDiagnosing and rectifying electrical faultsEnsuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and site proceduresCompleting logbooks, RAMS and maintenance recordsRaising and closing work orders via PDA systemsSupporting general building services maintenance where requiredMaintenance Electrician Requirements:Fully qualified Electrician (City and Guilds, NVQ, EAL or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring RegulationsMinimum 3 years'' experience within commercial building services maintenanceStrong fault-finding and maintenance experienceProfessional and client-facing approachAble to work both independently and as part of a teamLocated within a commutable distance of the City of LondonMaintenance Electrician Salary and Benefits:£42,500 per annumMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmCall out rota of 1 in 3Overtime opportunities availableOngoing training and developmentCareer progression ..... full job details .....
