Maintenance Contract Strategy and Planning Manager – London Borough of Hackney. 12 Months Fixed Term Contract/ Secondment Opportunity. Hackney is a resilient, vibrant, and creative borough in the heart of London with strong, diverse communities and shared values.Hackney Council is looking for a Maintenance Contract Strategy and Planning Manager (RandM) to lead a Maintenance Strategy that meets and exceeds the needs of Hackney Council. The role heads the Maintenance Contract Management Team and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of repair and maintenance services for Hackney Council. You will help shape roles and processes to optimise the service, using stakeholder management and technical expertise to ensure Maintenance operates in line with best practice health and safety standards to ensure effective delivery and customer satisfaction metrics.Responsibilities
