Building Maintenance Contracts Manager

MandE Contracts Manager Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Hybrid model) The Role: As a Contracts Manager at Polyteck, you will be responsible for ensuring all works are technically compliant, delivered on time, and meet customer expectations. Your role will include: Managing day-to-day operations of assigned contracts Allocating labour, time, materials, and equipment effectively Overseeing PPM and reactive maintenance works to SFG20, HVAC, and statutory compliance standards Providing technical assistance, fault finding, and on-site problem resolution Auditing, updating site logbooks, and preparing asset registers and 60-day reports Leading client meetings and providing monthly performance and PandL reports Supporting engineers with toolbox talks, audits, and technical guidance Liaising with clients, tenants, contractors, and the helpdesk team to ensure seamless service delivery Assisting with mobilisation of new contracts and preparing quotations for remedial works Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and best practice across all sites What We re Looking For Strong background in MandE building services (Minimum of 5 years) Experience managing multiple contracts within facilities management or building services Knowledge of SFG20, HVAC systems, statutory compliance, and HandS legislation Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets, PandL, and client reporting Excellent leadership skills able to coach, support and motivate ..... full job details .....
