Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent coordination skills and a keen eye for detail? We''re recruiting for a Maintenance Administrator to join a busy and growing team in Dundee.

This is a fast-paced role where you''ll be responsible for coordinating maintenance works, managing schedules, and ensuring jobs are accurately updated from initial booking through to completion and billing. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and can confidently juggle multiple priorities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Logging maintenance jobs onto the internal system
• Coordinating maintenance and repair works
• Managing maintenance schedules and appointments
• Updating job progress and ensuring records are accurate
• Processing billing and invoicing activities
• Liaising with contractors, customers, and internal departments
• Maintaining accurate documentation and system updates
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties as required

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in an administration, property, coordination, scheduling, or maintenance support role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong IT skills and experience using internal systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive and professional approach to work
