We are seeking an experienced Converting Machine Operator, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to high-quality production. Day-to-day of the role: Operate various key converting machines, transforming photographic materials into finished products. Lead the production line, organizing daily workloads and providing direction to a team of up to seven colleagues. Set up and safely operate a range of converting machinery. Plan and organise the day''s production requirements, selecting appropriate raw materials. Conduct quality checks during manufacturing to identify defects and prevent substandard material progression. Contribute to the introduction and manufacture of new products with practical ideas and solutions. Ensure adherence to production schedules and customer due dates. Communicate priorities and requirements clearly to team members, reallocating resources as needed. Maintain accurate production records. Uphold high standards of housekeeping, health, safety, and environmental practices.
