Monday - Thursday 7.45am 5pm Friday - 7.45am - 10.45am Flexi-Time and Overtime available Great company culture We are working with a respected client of ours based in Manchester who are recruiting for a CNC Miller Setter / Operator to work on Mazak machines and use Mazatrol programming and CNC Turners working on QT250/Proturn. The Job for CNC Millers Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis as applicable) Create part programmes when necessary Load programs, set tool offsets, and perform test runs Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments Carry out in process inspection using measuring tools (callipers, micrometres, gauges, etc.) Maintain tight tolerances and surface finish requirements Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Identify and correct machining defects or errors The Job for CNC Turners Set up and operate CNC turning machines (CNC lathes) Create part programmes when necessary Load CNC programs, set tool offsets, and prove out programs Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures Monitor machining processes and adjust feeds, speeds, and offsets as required Produce components to tight tolerances and surface finish requirements Carry out in process inspection using measuring equipment (micrometres, verniers, bore ..... full job details .....
