Machine/Extrusion Operative

Major Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturing company that is continuing to expand and is now looking to bring in an Extrusion Operator to strengthen its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with manufacturing experience to join an established and growing team.Role DescriptionSupport the Lead Operator by maintaining production across extrusion linesFollow all health, safety, and hygiene proceduresProcess raw materials, including de-bagging, while adhering to customer specificationsRemove finished products, palletise, and package accordinglyManage and dispose of waste products correctlyAccurately record production data and contribute ideas to improve efficiencyAssist with machine deep cleaning and general maintenance tasksSkills and QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience is highly desirableStrong teamwork skills with the ability to follow processes and instructionsCommitted to health and safety standardsExperience working towards KPIs in a production environmentConfident in logging and managing production dataProactive, with a willingness to learn, improve, and develop skillsRotating shifts Week one Monday to Thursday 6am to 6pm days Week two Monday to Thursday 6pm to 6am nights ..... full job details .....
