Machine TechnicianLocation: Milton KeynesSalary: £32,000 £35,000Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days and Nights, 6am 6pm / 6pm 6am)Key Responsibilities of this Machine Technician Role:Keep machines running to the required settings and production standardsComplete regular quality checks at the packing area and record resultsCarry out mechanical adjustments, refitting and realigning partsOperate machinery safely and maintain strong production flowReport faults, wear or issues and support basic remedial actionsLoad and replenish raw materials correctlyMaintain high housekeeping standards around machineryFollow shift instructions and contribute to reducing waste and downtimeWhat We re Looking for this Machine Technician Role Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environmentConfident operating machinery (milling, CNC, moulding, extrusion, or similar)Practical mechanical understanding and willingness to learnStrong communication skills and a hands†on, safety†focused approachAbility to work rotating day and night shiftsMechanical background or training is highly desirableWhy Apply?
