Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £32,000 – £35,000

Shifts: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights, 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am)

Key Responsibilities of this Machine Technician Role:

• Keep machines running to the required settings and production standards
• Complete regular quality checks at the packing area and record results
• Carry out mechanical adjustments, refitting and realigning parts
• Operate machinery safely and maintain strong production flow
• Report faults, wear or issues and support basic remedial actions
• Load and replenish raw materials correctly
• Maintain high housekeeping standards around machinery
• Follow shift instructions and contribute to reducing waste and downtime

What We’re Looking for this Machine Technician Role::

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Confident operating machinery (milling, CNC, moulding, extrusion, or similar)
• Practical mechanical understanding and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on, safety‑focused approach
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
• Mechanical background or training is highly desirable
