CNC / Machining leadership in an advanced manufacturing and engineering environmentGloucestershire Permanent c.£49,000 + Package Double Days A key leadership role within a high-specification manufacturing environment A well-established and technically advanced manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Machine Shop Supervisor to lead its machining operation and play a key role in driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Supervisor, Machine Shop Supervisor or CNC manufacturing leader who enjoys being close to the operation, developing people and making a tangible difference to production performance. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled Operators, Setter Operators and Team Leaders, working closely with Production Planning, Process Engineering and Quality Engineering to continually improve operational performance. The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of your production area, ensuring the team delivers against agreed targets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
