Electrical Workshop Supervisor Location: Braintree, Essex Salary: 40,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We''re recruiting for an experienced Electrical Workshop Supervisor to join an established electrical manufacturing business in Braintree. This is an opportunity for someone with a strong electrical assembly or panel-building background who enjoys leading people, organising production and driving high standards across a busy workshop. You''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of an electrical assembly workshop, ensuring production targets are met without compromising on safety, quality or workmanship. What you''ll be doing Supervising and supporting a team of electrical assemblers and panel wirers. Planning daily workloads, allocating resources and managing production priorities. Overseeing the assembly, wiring and testing of low-voltage electrical distribution panels. Ensuring work meets technical drawings, specifications and quality standards. Monitoring production output, identifying bottlenecks and resolving issues. Supporting staff development, training and continuous improvement. Maintaining high standards of workshop safety, organisation and efficiency. What we''re looking for Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within electrical assembly, panel building or a similar technical manufacturing environment.
