We are currently seeking a machine operator to join our clients busy manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist production environment.
Full training will be provided, but candidates must have a background in manufacturing and experience operating machinery within a production setting.
The Role:
Working as part of the production team, operating machinery, ensuring products are manufactured to quality standards while maintaining safe and efficient production processes.
Shift Pattern:
- Permanent Night Shift
- 12-hour shifts
- Operating and monitoring machinery (Training on company machinery will be provided).
- Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements.
- Conducting routine quality checks and recording production data.
- Loading raw materials and monitoring production output.
- Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating machinery within a manufacturing setting.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to follow processes and work instructions accurately.
