MACHINE OPERATIVE Winner Recruitment are looking for Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Aston in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established companyThis will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hoursMonday Thursday 07.00am 5.00pm and Friday 6.00am 12.30 Duties Will Include: Working on a fast paced production lineFollowing instructions specific to client needs and requirementsOperating bespoke machineryLoading the machine and Machine minding Assembling Parts and productsQuality Checking and inspecting Parts Any other general factory duties Experience and skills required for this role include: Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloorMinimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating Be Self-motivated and eager to learnGood communication and organisational skillsExcellent attention to detail Attributes needed for this role: Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure,Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectivelyHave a strong work ethicA good understanding of English both written and spoken Benefits of this role On-site parkingFull on the job trainingA working culture which encourages progression and developmentDay time hours only no shift work only need to be flexible due to any overtime when at peak time Monday Thursday 07.00am 5.00pm and Friday 6.00am 12.30Pay £12.71ph If you are available immediately and have the relevant experience please apply ..... full job details .....
