Manufacturing Process Technician Progression to Team Leader Initial Training Based in Northampton Permanent Location: Alcester, B49 £30,000 - £33,000 per annum Monday to Thursday, 6:30am 4:45pm (39 hours) £30 per day travel allowance during the Northampton training period, paid weekly Immediate start availableAbout the Role We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Process Technician to join our production team, playing a key role in supporting our growth and the site s transition to Alcester. This hands-on position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise across a variety of specialist tyre manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training and, over time, will progress into a broader production support role, which includes training operators and assisting with the day-to-day management of the shop floor.
