MACHINE OPERATIVE (Late Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm) EVESHAM £15.90 per hour Looking for a stable role with a great local employer? Working a fixed late shift, Monday to Friday, you''ll become part of a close-knit team where quality, craftsmanship and employee wellbeing are genuinely valued. No jumping straight onto late shifts either - you''ll complete your training on days, giving you the time and support to learn the machines, processes and products before moving onto your permanent shift. Read gauges and use a range of hand tools to produce high-quality components. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specification. Follow production processes and maintain excellent attention to detail. Work safely and help maintain high health and safety standards across the workshop. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE To be considered for the Machine Operative role, you''ll need: Previous manufacturing or engineering experience, ideally working with metal products.
