Machine Operator

Howdens are recruiting an experienced Machine Operator to join our team at our manufacturing site in Howden, East Yorkshire. To succeed in this role, you''ll have previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing setting, a strong understanding of health and safety practices, and a commitment to producing high-quality products to demanding standards. Pay Rate You''ll join Howdens on a development salary while completing your competency training. Once you''re fully trained and signed off as competent in the role, you''ll progress to the full Band B salary, with a corresponding increase in pay. Training Salary - £39,741.73 per annum + shift allowance of £2,930.18 per annum Core Role Band B - £43,696.64 per annum + shift allowance of £2,930.18 per annum The competency training period is expected to last approximately 6 months. However, this may be shortened or extended depending on your individual progress and performance.
