Once you''re fully trained and signed off as competent in the role, you''ll progress to the full Band B salary, with a corresponding increase in pay.Training Salary - £39,741.73 per annum + shift allowance of £2,930.18 per annumCore Role Band B - £43,696.64 per annum + shift allowance of £2,930.18 per annumThe competency training period is expected to last approximately 6 months.
