We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician to contribute to our sophisticated production operations in Witney. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare, ensuring every device produced meets the highest standards for patients globally. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor automated equipment to ensure peak performance and line efficiency. Meticulously track batch records and inventory using specialised digital software to maintain data integrity. Act as a first responder for technical issues, performing minor diagnostics and collaborating with engineering teams for complex repairs. Uphold rigorous quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) standards within a clean, organised workspace. Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is essential. Prior work within a regulated industry (such as Pharma, Food, or MedTech) is considered a distinct advantage. Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow logical, sequential processes. Previous cleanroom experience are preferred. Digital literacy and the ability to learn new software interfaces for data management.
