This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is keen to develop their skills across multiple production lines.You''ll be responsible for operating a range of machinery, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery safely and efficiently in line with production schedules.Run and monitor extrusion, coating, lamination, and printing processes.Slit materials into tapes according to customer specifications and quality standards.Process materials accurately through the ERP system.Ensure all production, safety, and quality procedures are followed at all times.Maintain accurate production records and system data.Operate production lines following training and maintain flexibility across departments.Support the training and development of colleagues through cross-training initiatives.Provide holiday and sickness cover where required.Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.Work towards and achieve production targets ..... full job details .....
