Director – MandA Tax. Join a leading MandA tax team advising some of the most prominent private equity houses and infrastructure funds across Europe. Within this team, you will play a key role in UK and cross-border projects, helping to deliver solutions on complex, high-profile transactions, ranging from major buy-outs to post-deal restructuring. This opportunity offers exposure to a wide-ranging and diverse client base, including international and mid-cap investment firms, infrastructure specialists, multinational businesses, and emerging capital providers. You’ll expand your expertise across all aspects of the deal cycle, from due diligence and tax structuring to SPAs, financing instruments, implementation strategies, and support for ongoing portfolio management and exits. Alongside technical delivery, you’ll engage in client development initiatives, build and strengthen your client network, and support the growth of your team by coaching junior colleagues and sharing your knowledge.
