It"s ambition that matters - you can build your experience in a specialist area with all the training, support and development opportunities you need to go far.We"re looking for someone with:Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownershipAn in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etcExpertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangementsExperience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRCStaff management and mentoring experienceAbility to profitably manage a client portfolioDemonstrable development of new clients and successful selling of new services to existing clientsAwareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentivesExperience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of feesInterest in the wider HR and human capital drivers and implications of rewardEducated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalentYou"ll be able to be yourself; we"ll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
