MandA and Transaction Solutions Senior Analyst (Analista Sênior de Soluções de Fusões, Aquisições e Transações)What the day will look like

Conduct due diligence on insurance policies and risks in MandA transactions, serving companies across various segments;Analyze technical and legal documentation with attention to detail and critical thinking;Lead multiple projects simultaneously, with a clear vision of deadlines and timelines;Work with multidisciplinary teams, engaging, influencing, and coordinating efforts with empathy and integrity;Ensure the confidentiality of information, ensuring strict and secure control of sensitive data;Coordinate and maintain the internal network''s folder and file structure up to date;Produce presentations, documents, and communications fluently in English, both written and oral;Conduct client presentations;Provide relationship/market intelligence services for clients with recurring investment profiles, e.g., Private Equities.How this opportunity is different

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience;Previous experience in risk, insurance, or MandA is desirable;Intermediate knowledge of Office suites – required;Advanced English – required; (C1 or higher)Experience directly contacting clients;Analytical and diligent profile;Strong reading, interpretation, and synthesis skills;Project management experience;Interpersonal communication and influence skills;Strong sense of responsibility, dedication to deadlines, and a sense of ownership;Rigorous confidentiality and information security;Organization and field in document control;Good writing skills.How we support our colleagues
