This role is instrumental in shaping modern employee experience platforms by driving adoption and optimization of Microsoft Viva modules-particularly Viva Engage (Communities) and Viva Amplify (Communications). It focuses on enhancing organizational connection, knowledge sharing, and internal communications across distributed and hybrid workforces.Key Responsibilities:* Configure Microsoft 365 platform for successful deployment of Viva Communications and Communities products across the eco system.* Translate business needs into technical proposals and M365 configuration* Develop, represent at governance forums and execute technical implementation plans* Adhere to governance controls including enterprise security controls* Monitor platform performance usage and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve and report back to leadership* Stay aligned to Microsoft roadmap and delivering new features* Log, drive and chase Microsoft Support TicketsKey Skills andamp; Experience:* Viva ..... full job details .....
