This role is instrumental in shaping modern employee experience platforms, with a particular focus on Viva Engage, Viva Amplify, and Viva Connections. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver engaging communication and collaboration experiences across distributed and hybrid workforces while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and security standards. Key Responsibilities Configure the Microsoft 365 platform to enable successful deployment of Viva Communications and Communities products across the organization. Translate business requirements into technical solutions and Microsoft 365 configurations. Develop, present, and execute technical implementation plans through appropriate governance forums. Ensure compliance with governance policies and enterprise security controls. Monitor platform performance, user adoption, usage trends, and feedback, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
