Lunchtime Supervisor

Bright Star Talent are currently working with a-primary school in Lichfield-who are looking for a reliable and friendly-Lunchtime Supervisor-to join their team.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and can help make sure lunchtime is a safe, positive and enjoyable part of the school day.

The Role

• Supervising pupils during lunchtime and playtime.
• Monitoring the dining hall and playground.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners.
• Supporting children with any issues or concerns.
• Helping maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Reporting any incidents to the appropriate member of staff.
• Working closely with the school team to support pupils.

About You

• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Friendly, approachable and reliable.
• Confident managing children''s behaviour.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Enhanced DBS required.
