Lunchtime Supervisor

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will help supervise pupils during their lunch break and make sure they are safe and well supported. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising pupils during lunchtime and outdoor play Helping to maintain a safe and positive environment Supporting children with any issues that may arise during lunchtime Encouraging good behaviour and positive interactions between pupils Keeping an eye on pupils in the playground, dining area and other designated areas Dealing calmly and appropriately with minor incidents Reporting any concerns to the appropriate member of staff Helping pupils follow the school''s behaviour and safety expectations Supporting the school staff team where required We''re Looking For Someone Who: Enjoys working with children Is friendly, approachable and patient Can confidently manage a group of pupils Has a calm and positive approach to behaviour Is reliable and punctual Works well as part of a team Has good communication skills Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential Requirements DBS required Previous experience working with children is desirable Right to work in the UK If you''re looking for a role where you can make a difference to pupils during the school day, Bright Star Talent would be keen to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
