Loyalty Manager
to join a well-known UK retail brand on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver and optimise loyalty propositions that grow membership, increase customer value, and deliver an exceptional experience for members. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll shape loyalty events, rewards, and personalised offers, while overseeing operational excellence and ensuring smooth delivery across all channels.London, England, United KingdomKey Responsibilities
Develop and implement initiatives to grow loyalty membership and increase value from existing membersCreate engaging events, promotions, and rewards that strengthen customer relationshipsAct as guardian of the loyalty customer journey across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and reactivationCollaborate with marketing, digital, data, and commercial teams to ensure a seamless member experienceUse data and insights to inform loyalty strategy and measure performanceWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in loyalty programme management, proposition design, and deliveryStrong understanding of operational processes for running large-scale loyalty schemesCommercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skillsAnalytical thinker with the ability to turn insights into actionable improvementsExperience in retail, hospitality, or e-commerce beneficialSeniority level
