London Showroom Manager

Altro are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded Showroom Manager to help position the Altro Showroom London as a flagship destination within the architectural and design community. This is a full time, permanent role where you will be based 5 days a week at our Altro show room in Clerkenwell, London. The successful candidate will deliver a professional, engaging and memorable experience for all visitors, providing product, specification, technical and sales support while managing showroom enquiries, appointments and sample requests. They will maintain accurate records of customer visits, utilise CRM systems to track engagement and opportunities, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Care teams to maximise business outcomes. The role also involves ensuring the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, managing stock levels, supplies, catering and supplier relationships, and liaising with landlords and contractors regarding maintenance and facility requirements. Alongside the day-to-day management of the showroom, the role will focus on driving customer visits and generating new business opportunities. This includes supporting showroom marketing initiatives, building relationships within London''s architectural and design communities, identifying networking and partnership opportunities, and helping to plan, coordinate and host customer events, exhibitions and industry showcases, including Clerkenwell Design Week.
