Assistant Showroom Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Showroom Manager to join a premium furniture retail business at its Lakeside showroom. This is a sales-focused leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the showroom floor, building strong customer relationships, driving sales and helping a team achieve ambitious targets. The Role Working alongside the Showroom Manager, you will: Drive showroom and individual sales performance against targets. Deliver a premium, consultative customer experience from initial enquiry through to sale. Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs to recommend appropriate products. Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders through to completion. Coach and motivate the showroom team to maximise sales performance. Lead by example and support a positive, high-performing team culture. Assist with the day-to-day running and presentation of the showroom. Handle customer issues and complaints professionally. Support the Showroom Manager and take responsibility for key management duties in their absence. Ensure showroom procedures, product information and operational standards are maintained. About You We''re looking for someone with: Strong experience in premium or luxury retail. Premium furniture retail experience is highly desirable. A proven sales and target-driven background.
