Job TitleSummer Analyst

Responsibilities

Unique opportunity to work alongside current analysts, associates, and senior bankers over the course of a 9-week programme

Work within one of four advisory sector teams: Healthcare, Technology, Services and Industrials, and Consumer Products and Services

Take on all functions of a full-time analyst

Direct client exposure

Support senior bankers in research and creation of pitch materials

Build financial models to value potential clients

Research industries or sectors targeting certain clients or industries

Play an integral role in various deals

Maintain an energetic, entrepreneurial environment and a team-oriented culture focused on client service excellence

Contribute to developing highly talented people who seek a long-term career and immediate impact

Qualifications

Pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree with anticipated graduation between November 2026 and June 2027

Bachelor and master’s degrees: all subjects considered

General understanding of accounting and finance principles

Strong analytical and quantitative skills

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Adaptable in an ever-changing environment and able to manage through change with emotional maturity

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative environment

Fluent in English is essential

Fluency in Italian, Spanish, German, or Dutch is highly desired

Additional Information

Throughout the 9-week programme, summer analysts are evaluated for opportunities in our full-time class upon graduation

Application Process

Application window is open until 3 October 2025

Eligible candidates will complete an online assessment run by our assessment partner, SHL

Interviews and assessment centers, either in person or virtual, will be completed by end of November 2025

The 9-week Summer Analyst programme will run between June and August 2026
