Your key responsibilities

Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key Consumer accountsCoordinating and assisting in origination and execution of MandA, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with Consumer clientsConducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modellingIn both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankersUtilise sector knowledge to guide production of materials presented to clients and assisting Country and Product bankers on opportunities relating to Consumer sectorResponsible for helping to develop and mentor team members

Your skills and experience

Relevant Broking and Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market productsProven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in MandA, Leverage Finance and ECMStrong analytical approach combined with creative problem-solving abilitiesHigh levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and driveEffective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skillsAble to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
