Logistics Operations Manager
The Logistics Operations Manager is a key leadership role, central to delivering on our customer promise of a seamless furniture repair journey. You will be accountable for the operational excellence of the Logistics Team, translating a passion for world-class customer service into tangible results. This involves inspiring, managing, and developing a high-performing team focused on efficiency and quality. Your core mission is to ensure the team consistently achieves and exceeds operational KPIs - covering processes, stock control, third-party logistics interactions, and global manufacturer relationships - all while keeping the customer experience at the absolute forefront. You will use performance data to drive timely improvements and maintain strict adherence to quality, compliance (including FCA requirements), and client standards, ultimately ensuring our logistics function is a competitive advantage PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Many responsibilities are interlinked, so for ease are not repeated. Team Leadership and People Management Provide dynamic leadership to motivate and engage the team, ensuring the consistent achievement of all key deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
