Logistics Manager

Due to continued growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint a Logistics Manager to lead and develop their logistics operation across several UK locations.The Role:You will have full responsibility for the performance of a multi-site logistics business, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, profitability and compliance. Key responsibilities include:Leading multiple depot operations as one integrated business. Managing budgets, costs and overall PandL performance. Developing high-performing leadership teams and driving accountability. Improving service levels, operational efficiency and customer experience. Ensuring transport compliance, health and safety and legal standards are met. Leading change, continuous improvement and technology-led initiatives.The Person:We are looking for an experienced logistics leader with:Senior management experience within logistics, transport or supply chain. A track record of leading multi-site operations.Strong commercial acumen with budget and PandL responsibility. Excellent knowledge of transport compliance and operational best practice. Proven experience driving performance, change and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
