Logistics CoordinatorLocation: IrvineSalary: £13.45 per hour Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-3:30pm FridayContract: Temporary to PermanentWork Arrangement: On-siteAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Client''s Operations Team at their Irvine site.This is an exciting temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and has excellent communication and customer service skills.As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day logistics operation, coordinating requirements across the team and ensuring customers and internal stakeholders receive a high level of service.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support day-to-day logistics planning and operational requirements.Communicate confidently with customers, team members and Business Development Managers (BDMs).Interpret operational requirements and ensure appropriate logistics arrangements are put in place.Use internal systems and logistics tools to support planning and coordination.Maintain accurate information using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.Provide effective administrative and operational support to the Service Delivery/Operations Team.Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.About YouWe are looking for someone who:Has excellent communication and customer service skills.Is confident communicating with customers and ..... full job details .....
