Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service. Responsibilities:Place orders on system for delivery/collection.Inbound/outbound phone calls for customer orders, queries, and general information.Serve retail customers over the counter. Process orders, refunds/credits, and cylinder refill agreements.Capacity planner management and reviews of load build.Check telephone system for any voicemails and return calls.Check site email box.Raise hazard spots on H and S system.Follow faulty cylinder procedure when any faulty cylinders are received including labelling.Review daily aborts, cancels, and fill returns.Requirements:Outstanding customer serviceComputer literateAlways demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.Demonstrates teamwork by supporting colleagues and sharing best practice.Shows commitment with attendance and flexibility to meet business demands.Takes Personal Ownership for SafetySuccessful candidates require a DBS check.Details:The role is due to start immediately on a temp basis up to 31.05.27If you are interested please telephone Manpower on ..... full job details .....
