This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy logistics function supporting both UK and international operations.The RoleThe Logistics Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient despatch of UK and export orders, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves full ownership of customer orders from release through to packing and despatch, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.You will liaise with internal teams, customers, and freight forwarders worldwide to ensure shipments are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed terms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer orders from release through to despatch, including arranging packing and transportLiaise with internal departments and customers regarding order requirements, including any special packing or delivery instructionsCoordinate export shipments with international customers and freight forwardersPrepare and verify export documentation, including Certificates of Origin, EUR1 forms, and Dangerous Goods notes (air and sea where applicable)Ensure all documentation is accurate to enable smooth customs clearanceMaintain complete and audit-ready export files, including proof of export and HMRC ..... full job details .....
