Locum Childcare Solicitor

OverviewService Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority based in Manchester. They are looking for a Locum Childcare Solicitor to join their expanding legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.

This role pays a competitive rate:

PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48-£48.87 per hour

Umbrella - £50-£55 per hour

The role is for 3 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities – Childcare Solicitor

Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.

Preparing legal documents and correspondence.

Providing legal advice and support to the clients in matters related to childcare and protection.

Able to do advocacy when needed.

About you – Childcare Solicitor

A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years of experience in childcare law.

Drafting legal documents to a high-quality standard.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
