My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious legal professional to join their busy and highly regarded Landlord and Tenant Litigation Department in East Sussex. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing a varied caseload while receiving ongoing support, training, and supervision from experienced practitioners. The department acts for a diverse client base, including private landlords, managing agents, and insurance companies, handling everything from possession proceedings through to defended and more complex landlord and tenant disputes. The Opportunity Working alongside experienced fee earners and supported by dedicated case handlers and paralegals, you will play a key role in progressing a wide range of landlord and tenant litigation matters.
